We are  a full time martial arts and fitness centre located in Beerwah and we are starting our first 8 week challenge for the year on February 6th.

After seeing some amazing results last time we are super excited for another challenge and more awesome success stories and this time we are making  our challenge personal!

It’s all about you so no points or competing with others. The challenge will start with a 20 min private goal setting session with a trainer who will talk to you about your short and long term goals. We will then work with you to establish a plan.  You will be supported the entire 8 weeks by your trainer with weekly reviews of your progress. We also are working closely with our resident physiotherapist who will be delivering mini-seminars on common injuries and personalised health.

Christine’s Story

During our last challenge Christine lost 4.6kg, 3 percent body fat and a incredible 11cm from her waist. Even more impressive she started the challenge 2 weeks after surgery from a torn ACL. Working with the team at San she made a full recovery in the 8 weeks and has since continued to train at San and now has lost a total of over 20kgs.
