Our members, all locals living in Beerwah, Landsbrough & Glasshouse, love our group fitness classes tailored for various body types. But increasing stress levels have stopped some of them from achieving their goals. Our gym aims to create healthy and fulfilling lifestyles, and in line with this, we conducted a stress reduction program in June.

Stress not only leads to weight gain and higher chances of falling sick but is also associated with heart disease, the leading cause of death in the country.

The technology we can use to determine what training style best suits our members can also predict brain function and track stress by monitoring small changes in body measurements. Using this program, we measured our members’ current stress levels and created personalised reports detailing how stress might affect their bodies and effective strategies for managing it.

As well as this information, we practised breathwork throughout the month and helped members plan ideal holidays.

Overall the program was very successful, and many participants experienced a significant decrease in their stress levels using our practical and targeted strategies.

Stress is terrible for your health, and we would love to be able to share some universal advice to help everyone. But generic advice leads to mediocre results, so we keep pioneering personalised health to get the best results possible.
