In our last quarterly max testing, many members set new personal bests, and two gym records were broken!

We run several classes to cater to different body types with something suitable for all fitness levels. Most of our members are middle-aged, and we ensure they get great results safely by completing an in-depth assessment and matching our members with the correct training style.
Our Endon class focuses on the heavy lifting to match the natural body functions of endomorphic body types. Each term in this class, we focus on one primary exercise. We start with learning the technique before increasing the difficulty each week to build strength. Our trainers closely monitor the exercises to ensure safety, and then in the final week of our training block, we test everyone’s maximum strength.

In our most recent block, many members achieved personal bests. Long-time member Jodi achieved two impressive feats by setting two gym records with a 120kg squat and a 115kg deadlift.

This type of heavy lifting is only safe and suitable for some, but if you match your training with your genetics, you’ll see excellent results.
